Commendation Letter I got today :D

Dear Jim, Kyle, Mike, & Bobby,



I have received word of a call that happened over the weekend in which you as a crew did an outstanding job. This call was challenging to say the least considering the extrication logistics and language barrier. 199 MICU and Ambulance 198 were on scene for 17 minutes during which time your hearing and speech impaired patient was assessed, treated, two 12-leads were obtained and transmitted, command was contacted and the steps and sidewalk were salted to ensure the safety of all.



Everyone on this call worked together to ensure that the patient received the best care possible in a timely fashion. We will be following up on the patient’s outcome and will let you know as soon as we can what his door-to-balloon time was and how he fared. Congratulations on a job well done. It is a pleasure to write these letters and even more to be a part of an organization that has such outstanding people providing such excellent care.
