Hey guys. I wasn't sure where to exactly find anything to answer my quesiton, so I thought I could post on here to get some feedback. I am wanting to get a tattoo, however am not sure where of any websites to go to find different types of sol's that pple have gotten in the past. If anyone has any idea's, or has any cool sol pic's I would appreciate you contacting me. Hope everyone had a safe and happy 4th with nothing to serious to deal with on the trucks. I fortunatly had an ems dream holiday. I got to sit on standby and watch an entire firework show with no interruptions. God bless. Jeff Medic2096 EMT-B

Thank you so much, thsoe are some awsome sites. Awsome that you just got ur P cert. i actually start paramedic class next month (aug) so hopefully i'll be able to one day acknowledge my tatt as a paramedic. sounds like you have a creative imagination an therefore have created an awsome looking tatt. best of wishes to you in your new career as a medic.

I got my ems tattoo about 4 years ago. I started with the plain old star of life and have been adding to it as things have progressed and have likes that i put it in an area that i could do so. an example of some of the things that i added are a complex of the first heart beat that I captured off of the first baby I delivered on the left side of the star, the last complex of the heartbeat of my first witnessed cardiac arrest on the right side, chineese symbols for life and death below and having recently graduated paramedic school after 3 long painstaking years of full time work and part time school I got paramedic written above it. I have found that giving my self room has been nice because this is an ever changing field and tattoos are a reflection of yourself and your life so as u grow in the profession so should the tattoo. Im not sure what will come next for me however I hust passed paramedic registry last week and today is the first day of my shift as a medic so im sure ill run into plenty more. hope this helped!

trust me where i want is has already been well thought of, an its going to be either on the back of my calf or on my shoulder/bicep where it can be coverd by short sleeve/pants, or shown by sleeveless/shorts. i'm not distasteful in any means ya know

Just a friendly bit of advice - get your tattoo in a private place. Because tats tend to make citizens nervous, many public safety agencies make you cover 'em up, wear a long sleeve shirt year around, or whatever. It may limit your future opportunities.

I am in Ovid, NY. Let them complain, it won't get them anywhere.... Your # matches my portable radio #. i didn't know it was your medic #. Mine is 369923, that's my registered EMT-B #. I just got it 2 weeks ago after the long painful wait of not knowing if I passed or not. Talk to you later, Keith

Jeff,
I don't know too much about tatoos, But I find it odd that my portable number for our ambulance corps is 2096 and I am an EMT-B also. weird isn't it? God bless Keith
