Thoughts

If you are a candidate for hire at a paid Fire Service or as a police Officer there is no question that you will have to take and pass a fitness based test. If you are an EMT there is no question that you may have to take a test, but if you do not pass it thats ok, EMS needs bodies to run calls! Why is EMS any different from the rest of public safety?
