Your worst day In EMS

Well I am new to this field and I have seen somethings and pretty soon I except to see more. Some of you Vets out there what was your worst day in EMS. Where you saw something that almost made you quit or you thought about it for a long time.

We Lost Another Women

On saturday night an emt went on a call and she did not come back, she was hit by a car tending to a mvc, she lost her life monday morning.

CHOICES

The pain is so tremendous.

How could I have been so dumb?

My life shouldn’t end this way.

You know I’m much too young.

I knew I shouldn’t accept

Poetry - House Fire

House Fire

One day up in heaven,

An angel carried an armful

Of broken peices to God.

"Whats this?" God asked the angel.

"A paramedic’s broken heart"

The angel replied.

I found it this morning

She was walking home and

Threw these at me. She looked upset.

Why did you want your occupation to be in EMS

I become an EMS pro for three reasons. The first reason I got tired of working jobs where I didnt get any pay or any respect I mean I still dont get a lot of respect lol but I make a descent living. Two I cant sit behind a desk not my style. Three and most important I love to help people
