I have been in EMS as a first responder for 7 years and now I will be starting to work part time for an ambulance company. I intend to retake Emt basic and get state liscensed, then try to continue on to paramedic and pursue a dream that has proven elusive for the past few years. My question is this, what are the pre-requisites, and can I do them online? If so, where do I go online to do them? According to reports, at least seven people are dead and another dozen wounded in a shooting at the U.S. Army's Fort Hood. The military installation, home of the 1st Cavalry Division and the First Army Division West, is located outside Killeen.
