Day 3 Hartford CT to Tarrytown NY

A typical day on the National EMS Memorial Bike Ride consists of waking up at 0500 and immediately stumbling towards the coffee maker in the room. Be aware that

you must put the cup under the brew basket otherwise the coffee will not make

Another long day, we left from the beautiful Crown Plaza Hotel in

Nashua, NH and ended day in Hartford, CT. The group rode to Wales, MA

before being bused into Hartford. Lots and lots of hills - more than I

expected. Total mileage just shy of a 100 miles...but I could only

complete little more than 40 miles.



I am beginning to think the yoga classes, though were relaxing, did not do much to build the necessary
