I work at a combination fire department, and we recently got a new chief and assumed the role of running the first responders in our county. The department had previously been run by our EMA director. We have a private EMS service in the county and have a great relationship with them. I was given the role of directing the first responders for medical calls, we are in progress of making all our responders EMT-B's and i am an EMT-I. I am gonna need advice or "tricks of the trade".
