"For some of us, the amplified is the only choice we have. I have a congenital hearing loss that prevents me from using a standard stethoscope. That is why I suggested them. I have no idea whether the person has "perfect" hearing normally…"

"Do not buy a high dollar scope while training. Just keep practicing with the ones they give you. Yes they are not the highest quality, but if you buy one of the amplified ones or a Littman or anything until you can do it well with the lower quality…"

"I had the same problem, but mine was due to hearing loss. I bought a stethoscope from DRG which is an amplified scope. I can hear lung sounds and pulses for blood pressures clearer than ever. It is worth a try. Littman has some amplified scopes as…"

My name is Jonathan. I am currently in EMT-B school. i will be done with class and take the national registry at the end of december. i realy enjoy helping people and that is why i chose to go to school to be and EMT. i am planning on going to paramedic school in a year or so. i also love to hunt, go fishing, hang out with friends, and just live life.
