I started in the fire service at 16 and moved up to ems at 22 no regrets. I love my fire brothers and sisters but you can have the hoses and stuff, I will take blood guts and the sick any day.

Old school EMT - MAST from 1990. Miss the volunteerism in PA and the community bonding that vollies create. Sandy TWP - Oklahoma Station 37 (1990 to 1995), DuBois - 4th ward (1995), and Indiana Fire Assocation (1995 to 1997). Awesome days there.

I have lived in PA my entire life as well. Just became an EMT summer of 08 and was part of EMS for a little bit longer.

I've been living in Pennsylvania my entire life. And now I'm in EMS for 20 years. But I've only been an EMT for 15 years or so.
