I was freaking out back in September and I never thought I would make it through Medic registry. My wife was one of Chris's students and she worked with me for the final three weeks prior to taking my test. I went into the test with the attitude, "if I fail it it's not my last chance, just get the jitters gone." I used the ear plugs they offer to make the room quiet. I kiched back in my chair and rocked a little bit each time I got stressed and calmed down. Read each question a couple times if I had to. Then just went with my instinct. I took my time and passed the first time. The JB learning practice tests I was taking had me failing the test every time and I was stressed out. Like Edward said, it's not that bad. eat before you go in so you don't get grumbles in the middle of the test either. Hey Chris, did you ever think your Elliot would ever make it through that class let alone teach people 10 years later??

Sorry, CEP stands for Certified Emergency Paramedic. I am currently in Arizona.

What does CEP stand for? There is reciprocity in Ohio, but it depends on what level you are coming in with from out of state

Hi Everyone,

Just have a question for anyone willing to share information...... I am a CEP Student and I am looking to move to Ohio after testing. Is Ohio a reciprocity state? I am having a hard time trying to locate information on the internet.

Thanks
Krista

Jennifer, registry is not that bad. Very basic questions and remember NOT to read into the questions. You already have the answers since you passed your class. Don't sweat it, stay relaxed, and READ the entire question before answering it. Take your time and listen to "your gut feeling" on the thinking ones. Good Skill

I just passed my National Registry, again. Never should have let it or my state card to expire. Now for the big challenge, with 16 years experience, I need a job. Anyone know who is hiring?
