To all my IN EMS colleagues, NAEMSE is bringing its EMS Educator Course to southern Illinois, Carbondale to be exact. Dates are 9-10-11 Jully. As you may already know, IDPH no longer puts on a Lead Instructor course, but they do recognize this course. For more information and registration form, go to www.naemse.org

I'm an EMT-Advanced, been in EMS probably about 10 years. Part-timer with a FD. I have a full time job, but would like to become a paramedic. I have searched for a evening or weekend medic class but have been unsuccessful finding one. On-line classes exist, but I prefer classroom setting. I know 4 other people who are also interested. Does anyone know of weekend or evening paramedic classes in District 5 or can give me any guidance? Thanks!

I am also a newly EMT-B with just under 1 yr. exp. and I am really egar to learn all I can to be a great EMT. I think these groups are great for learning from the Pro's
