awesome that Cross fit has made it to EMS. this is the new generation of EMS. too many times do i see obese EMS personnel. Cross fit is the best way to cope w/ the stress of our profession. Hopefully alcoholism, substance & food abuse will be a thing of the past . spread the WODs >; - )

At our CF gym today, we were able to 'pick out poison' -->

A. 100 Burpess / 100 Situps
B. Row for 5000 meters
C. Row 1600 meters, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 body squats, Row 1600 meters (you can split the 100, 200, 300 like this --> 10 pullups, 20, pushups, 30 squats x 10).

I went with the 5000 row -- paying particular attention to maintian a 5-minute 1000 meter pace.

GEEZ. Finished in 24:49. Beat it. But I was whipped!

This looks like just what I need. I have a hard time motivating myself for the exercise I know I need. A rigid program should help.
